RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- All grip socks sales are final due to hygiene considerations.
- Exchanges or store credits may be available under specific circumstances, contingent upon proof of being brand new and unworn.
- Eligible merchandise for exchange or store credit must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. We only accept returns or exchanges if request is initiated within 7 days of receival (package delivery date).
- We reserve the right to refuse store credit or exchanges if returned items do not meet our standards.
- Once packages leave our headquarters, shipping couriers assume responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
- We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our criteria.
- Guidance for filing claims for lost or stolen packages can be found on the courier's website.
- Only one exchange or store credit per invoice is allowable.
- Buyers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to returns and exchanges.
- Discounted and sale items, as well as made-to-order items are considered final sales and are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credits.
- Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to confirmed orders.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
- Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
- We offer free shipping for all orders above $100 CAD across CA/US.
- Shipping rates apply for all international orders. Cost to be calculated at check out.
- We do not cover/reimburse custom fees incurred.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery and receive estimated delivery times.

Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping an order under circumstances such as (but not limited to):
- Order(s) are returned due to incorrect shipping address
- Order(s) are returned due to refusal to accept a package upon delivery
For any shipped/delivery-attempted orders with a missing or incorrect address, a $12 CAD service fee, along with the initial shipping fee, will be charged to the customer. If you decide to cancel your order, we can issue a store credit for the order, deducting the original shipping fee. The $12 CAD service fee accounts for the expenses incurred when our shipping partner returns the package to us. As a small business, we regret that we are unable to cover these costs.

- To redeem PHYSICAL gift cards, you must start with the letters 'AA' first, followed by entering your 6 to 8 digit gift card code.
- ONLINE gift cards can be redeemed by entering the code that you've received.
