TROUBLES WITH GIFTCARD?

Received a gift card from Mega May challenge and having trouble?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by recent gift cards received from LagreeWest. We know you must be super excited to buy a grippies from us after completing your Mega May challenge!

It has come to our attention that there was an issue with the activation of the gift card codes due to our transition to a new gift card system.

To ensure smooth processing, we kindly ask that for all gift cards with six digits, please add 'AA' or 'AAA' in front of the digits before redemption.

Should you encounter any difficulties or have further inquiries, please do the following:

  1. Take a photo of the giftcard you've received (with the code clearly indicated in the photo)
  2. Send it to hello@alive-aglow.com
  3. We will re-activate the giftcard within 2 business days and email you once that's completed.
