Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

USA shipping could take up to 14 business days.
International shipping to the rest of the countries may take 5 to 20 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at check out.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
As of Jan 27, 2024, local pick up and delivery options are no longer available. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. We attend pop-up markets every so often, so feel free to visit us at the market to grab some pairs. Most events that we attend are free admissions, and it's also a great way to check out other local businesses too!

For any shipped/delivery-attempted orders with a missing or incorrect address, a $12 CAD service fee, along with the initial shipping fee, will be charged to the customer. If you decide to cancel your order, we can issue a store credit for the order, deducting the original shipping fee. The $12 CAD service fee accounts for the expenses incurred when our shipping partner returns the package to us. As a small business, we regret that we are unable to cover these costs.

International parcels may incur custom fees. These fees are not incorporated into our shipping rate and are the responsibility of the customer to manage.
